The Role!

At Fetch, our HR team is centered on learning employee needs and addressing them. We’re looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support our HR team in ensuring efficient operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR responsibilities and be available for employee support.


Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee information through HR software and other systems 
  • Process and compile documentation related to employee life events, changes, and performance
  • Support employees when HR related issues and questions arise; maintain the employee handbook
  • Document and assist managers and employees with company policies and processes, including PIPs, end of year assessments, and documentation
  • Assist in developing and executing employee relations practices to foster a positive work environment
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and manage offboarding process
  • When applicable, ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing proper HR federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
  • Work with the Employee Connectivity team and the Inclusion team to support and promote a balanced and compliant work environment

The ideal candidate:

  • Has excellent communication skills: can listen and interpret needs of others and successfully convey information to others 
  • Is solution-oriented: maintains responsibility for issues start to finish and is dedicated to being part of the resolution
  • Has a good base understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR policies 
  • Has experience working in Human Resources or a closely related field
  • Has experience in employee relations
  • Has experience working with data and/or analytics
  • Is ready to jump in and learn!
