The HR Generalist will provide effective and innovative HR solutions to our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, looking to make an immediate impact, and shape the HR function for our growing organization.

What You’ll Do

• Take active role in building out the HR function at Enfusion—benefits, onboarding, compliance, performance management, employee experience, and more!

• Serve as a trusted contact for employee relations issues.

• Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding processes from background checks to orientation.

• Assist in benefit administration, including communication, enrollment, and status changes.

• Assist with immigration including visa procurement for new and existing employees.

• Maintain a high level of internal and external confidentiality.

• Provide thoughtful ideas based on research of policies, training and other HR needs.

• Assist in shaping the culture and company identity

 Who We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant field

• 1-3 years in an HR-related role

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
