We are currently seeking an intelligent, friendly, hard-working and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our innovative and passionate team. 

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to approximately 500 employees and 50 Managers within a region.

• Maintain employee records in Ceridian Dayforce; facilitate transfers, terminations and changes.
• Produce offer letters and prepare pre-hire and new hire paperwork.
• Work closely with Strategic Onboarding Specialists and IT Department.
• Assist Managers with terminations and disciplinary matters.
• Support our HR Director and SVP.
• Work well with HR team on all benefits matters.
• Build relationships with GR employees and (your) region of Managers.
• Provide genuine customer service to our 3200+ employees across the country.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in HR
• Experience with benefits processing
• Service-First mindset and genuinely pleasant attitude
• General knowledge of employment policies
• Ability to type at least 40wpm
• Quick-learner who is able to succeed in a super-fast environment
• Highly proficient utilizing all Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, Outlook, Excel)
