1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Mexico, Russia, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the daily operations of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, application review, screening, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in researching and implementing sourcing and recruiting strategies with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion efforts. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Sourcing: Developing and implementing creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Authoring job descriptions, opening requisitions, performing phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the offer extension process
    • Collaborating with hiring managers and the human resources team during the offer process; identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and onboarding details
    • Hiring the best talent across departments
    • Assisting with the interviewing process, including attending and conducting interviews
    • Updating recruitment processes and related documentation to ensure compliance and maximize the candidate experience
    • Collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings; developing effective relationships to impact the hiring process
    • Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data gathered to inform targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment planning
    • Diversity & Inclusion: collaborating to develop the company’s diversity and inclusion plan; infusing diversity and inclusion into recruitment planning
  • Employer Branding: Assisting with job posting and advertising processes on job boards; building out 1WorldSync employer profiles on job boards; attending and participating in job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Supporting projects within the Human Resources team

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year experience conducting full-cycle recruiting
  • 1+ year sourcing in multiple discipline areas and levels (exempt, nonexempt, leadership)
