HRIS Technical Consultant - Contract

Over the years, we have built and operated several leading financial technology firms and today our team includes a digital wealth clearinghouse, an outsource provider of flood insurance, a Premier League soccer team, a value investment arm, an incubation lab, and more.
This role will drive the business through the lens of HR data by empowering HR leaders to integrate data into daily decisions and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and figuring out the best way to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leads to develop measurement strategies and data solutions for the HR organization
- Bring together data from different HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Onboarding, Performance Mgmt., Compensation, etc.) to create a dynamic HR Dashboard using Sisense
- Investigate ways to measure and visualize data on existing HR processes for internal efficiency and stakeholder communication
- Analyze workflows and processes to ensure data is being captured in a clean, reportable way so we can get data at the fingertips of HR, organizational leaders, and employees
- Leverage tools such as Sisense, SQL, UltiPro, Greenhouse, and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries
- Utilize UltiPro’s web services to build integrations
- Explore ways to use technology to help employees during moments that matter, such as big life events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field emphasizing analyzing, displaying, or reporting on data (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, economics, statistics) required
- 3+ years organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data is required
- Strong background in data analysis and quantitative thinking is required
- Advance Excel (formula, pivots, macros, etc.) experience required
- Experience in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Sisense) is required
- Experience building ElastiCubes and dashboards in Sisense and advanced Cognos Analytics reports is desired
- Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics) is desired
- Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as UltiPro is desired
- Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee lifecycle us desired
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment
