In pursuit of that mission, Redstone is seeking for a Human Capital Specialist to work with the Chief Talent Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy managing talent processes as well as learning about others and cultivating intelligent and genuine talent for Redstone funding. 

 

What you’ll do at Redstone:

  • Help to strategize with the Redstone team to keep the overarching company development and goals in mind to reflect in the talent retention.

  • Being responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the integration of human capital management information systems, as well as assisting in hiring new talent.

  • Work proactively with the Chief Talent Officer  to perform analysis of relevant human capital metrics

  • Identify areas of process improvements & recommend system enhancements as new functionality becomes available via upgrades

  • Reviews job descriptions questionnaires, interviews employees and managers, creates and prepares job descriptions, and facilitate final approval with management

  • Recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

  • Organization design and culture development experience is a plus
