InnerWorkings is currently hiring a Human Resources Associate to join our team. This person will assist with the planning and execution of learning and development programs, and the design of resource materials for employees and managers.
responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including pre-employment communication, paperwork and screening
- Coordinate the execution of new hire orientation and training courses, including associated employee travel and scheduling of instructors and other resources
- Provide recommendations for new or updated training materials (courses, content, documentation, etc.) based on business needs, HR initiatives and employee feedback
- Create, edit and update training materials using clear, concise, user-friendly language and visual aids (graphics, screen shots, etc.)
- Serve as an employee resource for general inquiries received through the ZenDesk portal, using business knowledge obtained by developing and maintaining an internal network across various departments
- Monitor, report and follow-up on completion of required training and other related compliance tasks
- Administer and provide subject matter expertise for internal and external LMS tools (Lynda.com, ADP, SABA)
- Solicit employee feedback on onboarding and orientation experience through post-hire interviews, and identify actionable items
- Create, review and update communications, document templates, intranet content and other posted resources
requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- At least 2 years of combined experience in human resources or training, including researching and developing content from scratch
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be extremely process and detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across many organizational levels
- Must possess a high level of energy and strong sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required
- Must be a self-starter, with a drive for excellence and accuracy
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
