Human Resources Analyst

As a Human Resources Analyst, you will act as both a functional and technical HR subject matter specialist on the HR team. You will administer and configure DRW’s current global HR system, Workday, and collaborate with other HR team members on various HR initiatives such as immigration, new hire orientation, employee benefits and performance management.

- Benefits Administration – field employee questions, assist with new hire orientation, and promote DRW’s benefit plans
- Immigration – assist with tracking and maintaining immigration files, answering employee and manager questions, monitoring change in immigration laws, filing petitions
- Performance Management – contribute ideas for enhancing performance management processes, assist with design and implementation of performance management solutions and monitor performance management tools within Workday
Required Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years of Workday functional experience in one or more of these areas: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Reporting
- Previous Workday configuration and implementation experience preferred
- Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data to create meaningful reports; previous experience working with report-writing tools highly preferred
- Must have strong customer service orientation and the ability to transfer business needs into technical requirements within Workday
- General understanding of HR business processes in the areas of payroll, benefits, compensation, immigration and performance management and a desire to learn and expand knowledge in these areas
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve and make sound decisions
- Must have a high attention to detail, be responsive, and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Must have ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environment
- Must be mature and discreet and have experience dealing with highly confidential information
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
- A willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever needed
