A key member of our Chicago management team and reporting directly into our North American CEO, you’ll take ownership of business-critical projects, ensuring our North America HR function supports our hyper growth model. With much of our HR infrastructure in place, you’ll be tasked with identifying opportunities to automate processes and introduce employee self-service.

An experienced coach and development expert, you’ll partner with line managers and leaders to maximize the potential of our key asset – our people. Through the implementation of performance management practices and systems, you’ll provide the tools measure the success of our training programs and focus on embedding a high-performance culture.

Commercially astute, you’ll know exactly where HR can deliver added value initiatives across a company growing in size and complexity. An experienced HR professional, you’ll demonstrate the resilience and drive to challenge leaders and strive for positive change.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Ongoing development of HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with Federal and State legislation.
  • Supporting managers and leaders with employee relations cases.
  • Continuation of our investment in HR infrastructure/HRIS, adding modules and integrations as required.
  • Championing Diversity, Inclusivity and Belonging within the company.
  • Enhancing our talent, learning and development and progression planning practices.
  • Leading a small team, including an HR Generalist and an Office Manager, with the expectation that your team will grow as the business scales.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a Human Resources, Business, or Management discipline
  • SHRM-CP certification
  • 2 or more years of hands-on HR experience
  • HR Generalist background preferred – someone who can add value across the board as well as deliver specialist projects and initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills
