The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for overseeing the Talent Nucleus that surrounds a designated business unit (BU) at Enfusion. The HRBP will champion a diverse workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The HRBP collaborates with our HR functions to deliver measurable impact on the business and leaders they support.
What You'll Do:
- Proactive relationship development with managers:
- Attending regular leadership and manager meetings, forecasting meetings, department meetings, and town halls
- Frequently sitting with the business to gain exposure to their environment, lingo, personalities, successes, and failures
- 1:1 support and guidance for managers
- Embed a performance and talent management culture in your designated BU:
- Develop capacity and staffing plans to meet the BU’s business needs
- Use the staffing plans to identify any personnel gaps requiring closure (talent and succession planning)
- Maintain a constant pulse on high and low performers, upcoming openings, promotion opportunities, PIPs, terminations, etc.
- Interview prospective candidates as required
- Provide support during performance reviews of team members
- Facilitate Strategic Initiatives:
- Collaborate with HR and BU leadership to determine the strategic initiatives that provide the most value add for the BU, then facilitate implementation
- Assist in defining solutions for time sinks and/or inefficiencies identified by BU leadership
- Partner and advise BU leadership on any potential organizational changes
- Manage, lead, and coach managers on change management initiatives
What You'll Need:
- 6+ years of experience resolving complex human resources issues
- Strong HR technical skills spanning multiple disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, organizational design
- Bachelor’s degree
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM or other HR certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – must have the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous human resources issues
- Possess an entrepreneurial attitude – someone who moves quickly, is internally motivated to make a positive impact, and has the determination to overcome obstacles
