This particular role will join the Service and Software HRBP team. We are looking for an energized and driven team player that wants to help continue to drive changes that are truly making an impact to our company's success.
Job Description
The role will report to the Director of Service and Software organization. This role will provide strategic HR support to three Vice Presidents in the organization. In addition, she/he will be expected to execute various HR/people related activities, including (but not limited to): employee/manager general consultation, talent and succession management, performance management consultation, total rewards activity, employee relations, and special projects as they arise.
Adeptness at partnering with professionals in the business, other HR Business Partners, PeopleConnect (our HR help desk for employees) and the Centers of Expertise (CoEs), along with managing multiple priorities concurrently, are critical for success in this position. This role will demand strong communication skills, the humility and openness to learn about and support the business, and desire to influence talent investment decisions of our business leaders. Creativity and an openness to think differently are required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is required. Emphasis in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner position or a combination of a Center of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Rewards or Talent Development) and HR Business Partner experience
- Experience working with field and technical employees (Software or System Engineers) is required
- Prior experience in supporting a large client group (500+ employees preferred)
- Business and financial acumen
