Human Resources Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR related questions and concerns
- Assist with employee benefit enrollments and terminations
- Support Pareto’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy
- Create and maintain employee files
- Maintain Pareto’s knowledge base and employee directory
- Assist with the preparation of monthly HR metric reports
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and team
Talent Acquisition
- Publish job postings to Pareto’s website and external job boards
- Schedule phone screens, in-person interviews, and post-interview debrief meetings
- Facilitate pre-interview meetings and post-interview debrief meetings
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a new-hire’s first 30 days of employment
- Schedule and conduct weekly new-hire orientation
- Collect new-hire paperwork and complete I-9 employment verifications
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience in a technology and/or startup environment preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- Familiarity with ADP and Workday is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Communication – this position requires the ability to negotiate with management appropriately and professionally
- Analysis - this position requires analysis of utilization, compensation, performance and other related talent management data on a regular basis
- Project management – this position requires the ability to solve problems, understand cause/effect relationships, break initiatives into smaller grouping of tasks, maintain progress against a defined work plan, and follow-through
- Comfortable adapting in an entrepreneurial environment
- Interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure
- Professionalism to work with confidential information
