About Us

CareAdvisors is a Chicago-based healthcare technology company. We are proud to say that we have been at the forefront of value-based social care management, building platforms and networks that support linkages to social services.

Our approach provides a seamless support network for vulnerable patients to access critical resources. Most importantly, our innovative platform empowers care navigators and social workers with a powerful search and communication platform that is connected to a network of community organizations and hospitals.
