Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a strong talent function in conjunction with the Global Director of HR, the HR Department and other key Executives
  • Partner with other talent functions (Benefits and Recruiting) to ensure an aligned, comprehensive approach for our employees
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Lead the execution of essential HR functions – performance management, talent planning, employee relations, and compensation reviews
  • Capture and maintain employee data in our HRIS
Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science in Human Resources, Business or associated field of study; Master’s degree is preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources - either as part of a center of excellence or HR business partner/generalist
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience working in a multinational business is a plus
  • Broad HR experience including, but not limited to: employee relations, performance management and organizational development
  • Experience with employee data and reporting
  • Working knowledge of various labor laws and regulations (EEOC, FLSA, immigration, employee contracts, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to influence leaders in multiple functions
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral
