Human Resources Manager
SUMMARY:
We are a business-to business, cloud based financial technology and loan servicing platform specialized in wealth management lending. Our platform connects loan origination, loan servicing, risk monitoring, payment processing and loan accounting systems. Data from these connections is grouped into portals for banks, wealth management firms, their advisors and their clients. Our flagship clients include some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Human Resources Manager is our first dedicated hire in this space. We anticipate that you will help us increase our United States operations by 2x over the next 12 – 24 months, approximately 30 new hires. You will serve as a key liaison to the management team and board in executing our operating plan. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating team member relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and implement robust recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes
- Spend time training Supervisors and ensure they allocate the time and have the incentives to always be communicating with subordinates about performance and growth
- Ensure compliance with training, policies and procedures
- Build an agenda that prioritizes the wellbeing of the team and company culture
- Be in-the-know on individual team member performance
- Ensure ongoing performance feedback and skills assessment instead of less effective quarterly performance evaluations
- Build flexible framework for career advancement that accommodates both team member interests and changing business demands
- Be able to attribute Company financial gains to specific HR policies.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;
- recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Maintain employee benefit programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
