About the Role

The Human Resources Partner at G2 Crowd is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the organization. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and administer various human resources procedures for all company personnel
  • Collect and analyze internal and external information in order to develop solutions, programs, policies and human resources best practices
  • Partners with management to resolve employee relations issues to include conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, personnel changes, terminations, policy violations and investigations; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance through leadership, coaching and mentoring; manage the performance review cycle; schedule and track review completion; conduct 360-degree reviews
  • Conduct setup for new team members; process paperwork and run onboarding process
  • Manage new team member benefits enrollment and ongoing benefits administration; manage commuter benefits and 401k programs; conduct benefits analysis
  • Process semi-monthly payroll; track necessary payroll deductions and changes; pull payroll data
  • Oversee the recruiting process; ensure headcount is to plan
  • Maintain employee paperwork and files; job descriptions and handbooks/policies; process background checks
  • Manage HR systems
  • Run culture team; conduct company satisfaction surveys and report on results
  • Oversee and participate in other special projects and events

Requirements

  • 3+ years of human resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Ability to interface at all levels of the organization and build collaborative relationships
  • Success in driving effective HR programs that align with business objectives
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with high volume workload and strong deliverables
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
