Job Description
The Enterprise Solutions Instructor is responsible for delivering GoHealth New Hire, Sales and Quality training and continuing education across all sales departments; Trains and provides coaching and feedback to licensed and unlicensed agents to drive key performance indicators; Reviews and updates quality assurance (QA) and training programs, policies and procedures. This position reports to the Manager of Communication and Change Management or the Manager of Agent Leadership and Development.
Responsibilities
- Trains, coaches and gives feedback to licensed and unlicensed agents and sales leaders to drive desired performance
- Reviews and updates the QA and training policies and procedures
- Contributes to the design and development of training and quality programs and initiatives from classroom to hands-on learning lab
- Performs call monitoring of the agents to identify performance trends and opportunities for enhancements
- Meets with the program managers and sales leaders to discuss areas of improvement and collaborates on initiatives to drive performance improvements
- Uses metrics and observation to perform root cause analysis to diagnose performance and learning opportunities
- Facilitates face to face or virtual learning courses that include products, systems, new hire and continuing education training
- Deliver and maintain learning solutions such as instructor led, virtual webinar, on-demand videos, interactive tutorial simulations, and hands-on learning labs
- Demonstrate expertise in instructional delivery, adult learning theory; participate in both delivery and evaluation of training sessions where appropriate
- Test training materials and systems for instructor-led training, learning labs, and online training content (including interactive tutorials and rich media educational videos)
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Training, Adult Education, Psychology, Communication, Public Relations, or related discipline, or at least two years’ experience in corporate training delivery
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective, engaging and professional communication skills
- Continuous learner with a passion for coaching and developing people
- Strong writer with a critical eye for nuance, detail, and editorial principles
- Insurance industry experience preferred
