R6928 Lead Compensation Consultant

Responsible for managing compensation projects, wage and hour compliance, and compensation policies and procedures. Provides support and guidance to the business and Human Resources on compensation-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with organization policies and procedures.
- Partners with Human Resources to ensure competitive market position. Ensures market positions allow for the ability to attract, retain, and motivate employees and candidates.
- Provides leadership and counsel on the design and implementation of compensation projects, programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Conducts market analyses and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.
- Leads and develops efforts to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and Consulting
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and Consulting
- CCP (working toward)
Preferred Qualifications
