What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Remote-First, which means that team members can work from anywhere in the U.S. so long as they can work during Vouch core collaboration hours (9 am-3 pm PT Mon-Fri).


About this role

We are looking for someone awesome to build out and lead our Learning and Development program. As Vouch’s first L&D hire, you have the opportunity to have a huge impact and help us develop a world-class L&D program. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, passionate about developing people, and work with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.


Here's what you'll do:

  • Develop or assemble well-designed and high-impact L&D offerings for team members and managers, which will range from foundational skills (e.g. goal setting and feedback), to more complex programs ( manager training) 
  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop a robust sales training and enablement program 
  • Instill a data-driven approach, developing key measures of success for our L&D programs
  • Create a learning strategy for all Vouch team members including new hires, managers, and emerging leaders. 
  • Identify, select, onboard, and manage vendor partners to execute on L&D strategy
  • Analyze company goals, strategies, and requirements in order to ensure learning solutions are driving business outcomes


Here's what we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable learning & development in a high growth company from the start-up to scale-up phase
  • Experience and success working cross-functionally, with geographically distributed teams 
  • Prior experience designing blended learning programs in a distributed environment
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills 
  • Ability to engage and inspire team members across all levels of the company

Although Vouch is Virtual First, team members can choose to be Remote, Office Aligned, or Office flex. We regularly host on-site and virtual events like lunches, ERG events, game nights, and more! Vouch values work-life balance which our core collaboration hours of 8:30 am - 2:30 pm PT reflects.
