What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Remote-First, which means that team members can work from anywhere in the U.S. so long as they can work during Vouch core collaboration hours (9 am-3 pm PT Mon-Fri).
About this role
We are looking for someone awesome to build out and lead our Learning and Development program. As Vouch’s first L&D hire, you have the opportunity to have a huge impact and help us develop a world-class L&D program. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, passionate about developing people, and work with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
Here's what you'll do:
- Develop or assemble well-designed and high-impact L&D offerings for team members and managers, which will range from foundational skills (e.g. goal setting and feedback), to more complex programs ( manager training)
- Work with Sales Leadership to develop a robust sales training and enablement program
- Instill a data-driven approach, developing key measures of success for our L&D programs
- Create a learning strategy for all Vouch team members including new hires, managers, and emerging leaders.
- Identify, select, onboard, and manage vendor partners to execute on L&D strategy
- Analyze company goals, strategies, and requirements in order to ensure learning solutions are driving business outcomes
Here's what we're looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable learning & development in a high growth company from the start-up to scale-up phase
- Experience and success working cross-functionally, with geographically distributed teams
- Prior experience designing blended learning programs in a distributed environment
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and inspire team members across all levels of the company
