Learning & Development Associate
As part of our learning strategy team, you will help with the design process for all GoHealth’s traditional classroom and technology enabled learning solutions. You’ll be working with subject matter specialists, program directors/managers to strategize effective ways to educate and train our people on industry related materials.
Due to the unprecedented situation of COVID-19, GoHealth has decided to protect our current and future employees by managing our business remotely. This is inclusive of interviewing, onboarding and each role day-to-day. Please consider that our roles will not be remote long-term and will return to an office setting once we're safe to do so following the guidance of local health authorities’ and the CDC.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver clear, comprehensive, and highly effective training curriculum
- Partner with the business to execute the GoHealth learning strategy and meet objectives
- Conduct needs analyses to determine the needs of learners at all levels of the organization
- Design and develop blended learning solutions, which include e-learning using Articulate 360, training guides, FAQs, and job aids to be used in classroom and virtual trainings
- Deliver highly interactive and engaging training courses to sales agents and leadership
- Tie learning objectives to conversion and quality metrics to drive performance
- Review and continuously improve existing training content
- Assess and advance the skill set capabilities of the training team, as well as agents and leadership
- Administer learning management system, Bridge
Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years training delivery experience
- 5+ training design and development experience
- Adherence to adult learning principles and a structured learning process
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools e.g., Articulate Storyline
- Translate complex information into easily understandable content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Collaborate with the business and ensure alignment with all levels of the organization
- Comfortable working under pressure with multiple competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
- Insurance sales experience preferred
