Responsibilities

 

Deliver Learning Solutions

  • Facilitate and deliver instructor-led training (ILT), on-site workshops, technical training, live webinars, and other learning programs for new and existing employees, customers, and Affiliates
  • Support the Learner Experience Design team as needed with updating and creating training content, curriculum, and other learning solutions including presentations, documents, videos, and eLearning
  • Support learning & development, HR, and organizational initiatives as needed

 

Coordinate and run L&D programs and initiatives

  • Schedule, coordinate, and run training classes, employee development courses, instructor-led training (ILT), live workshops, and other L&D courses and programs
  • Schedule, coordinate, and run training classes, employee development courses, live workshops, webinars, coaching, mentoring, and shadowing programs
  • Administer, curate, schedule, and assign learning, and run reports within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate and communicate with departments across the organization, clients, and Affiliates to identify learning needs, develop learning solutions, and deliver training
  • Track, report, and analyze data relating to training delivery and development hours, training effectiveness, and learning outcomes

 

Other

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish or other languages at a professional level is preferred
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
  • Travel requirements: Able to work between Chicago and Naperville. Further travel possible up to 25% as needed

  • Strong professional public speaking skills
  • Ability to conduct technical training, soft-skill training, and content-based training in both live environments and webinars with both large and small groups
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and training techniques
  • Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred

 

Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, HR or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating and delivering workplace training or equivalent experience

    Other Relevant Qualifications

  • CPLP, ATD, Langevin, or other training certifications or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Learning Management Systems (e.g. Saba, Cornerstone, Skillsoft)
  • 2+ years’ experience in instructional design and/or project management
  • Beginner to intermediate skills in audio/video production
  • Beginner to intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design
  • Beginner to intermediate skills in e-learning software (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in in contact center or customer service or equivalent experience
