Job Description
As a Human Capital Management Technology Solutions Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience of HCM technologies, processes, and operations to optimize business results. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assess McDonald’s Human Capital Management technology landscape to ensure it meets current and future requirements
- Partner with various business and technology colleagues to define and maintain an HCM technology strategy and roadmap
- Advise and support large, strategic HCM technology initiatives
- Develop an agile and analytics-driven work environment
The ideal candidate has the following experience
- Defined future state technology roadmaps that established a foundation for company success
- Considered variables that go beyond system selection and implementation, such as a user’s digital experience, business operating models, change management and partner expectations
- Implemented and maintained HCM technologies that
- Delivered technology people want to use
- Enabled reliable and secure business processes
- Drive cost efficiency / bottom-line results
- Optimally used modern practices to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., Agile, DevOps, test automation, etc.)
- Validated ability to partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes
- Worked with large, global teams to deliver results. Teams would have consisted of employees and third-party contractors
- Delivered strong people leadership, especially around transforming skillsets and team structures from “old” to “new” software development and operations practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Demonstrated strong negotiating, influence, and leadership skills
- Experience in Automation/RPA, digital/virtual assistants and mobility
- Delivered projects and operations using agile delivery principles and teams (SCRUM preferred)
- Effectively worked in a matrix organization
