An opportunity has arisen for a highly personable and driven Inside Sales Recruitment Manager, who’ll play a key role in our expansion. Working to double the size of the current team, you’ll use your experience and expertize to help us action and sustain this level of growth – securing the very best talent in Chicago; using your initiative to find new routes to market, and cultivating strong relationships with suppliers. In doing so, you’ll build a successful, thriving department – while inspiring your staff to success.
This role demands an experienced, headstrong and ambitious manager of Sales Recruiters to lead by example. You’ll be able to demonstrate the latest methods of recruiting candidates most suited to high volume short sales cycles – while training, developing and performance managing a small recruitment team, guaranteeing results to achieve challenging headcount targets. With your proven track record successfully recruiting sales professionals – and an innate ability to build relationships with key company figures and new staff alike – you’ll play a vital part in fuelling our growth and evolving our processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the entire hiring process for inside sales roles
- Motivating, training and leading the Inside Sales Recruiters
- Ensuring that monthly targets are achieved
- Building strong working relationships with key figures in the Sales department
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including resumes databases, LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter, Social recruiting, networking, open houses and graduate fairs
- Conducting multiple telephone pre-screens and assessments to shortlist the best candidates for face-to-face interviews
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Educating and influencing candidates around the employment brand message, our vision and mission
- Constantly seeking new ways to improve the recruitment process as the company and employment market grows and evolves
- Networking at various events across Chicago and build candidate attraction pools

- Have a proven track record in recruiting sales professionals within an internal recruitment function or an agency setting
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Are ideally degree educated within a business or human resources specialism
- Have at least one year’s experience managing a recruitment team
- Are confident and trustworthy enough to be managed remotely
- Are a skilled interviewer, ideally with a knowledge of psychometric DISC assessment
- Have a keen eye for detail, and the passion to continuously improve and evolve processes
- Possess a strong intuition for culture fit when interviewing candidates
- Are highly organized with proficient written and communication skills
- Work to a results-oriented mind-set with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Carry a strong sense of urgency and thrive under pressure
- Have a strong work ethic and are focused on continuous improvement
