ABOUT THE ROLE:

4C Insights is a growing tech company looking for a part-time Manager of Training and Development to help develop training and development programs for our employees.  Talent is at the center of all we do at 4C and helping us ensure we create the best environment with meaningful work and robust training and development is key to our success.   We are growing quickly and have some basic employee and leader training and development programs but are looking to expand our efforts to support our growing team.  If you are someone looking for an amazing culture, a place where no day is the same, loves working in a fast-paced environment and likes working with fun people, then this is the place for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct needs analysis and develop training solutions to effectively build skills and capabilities of our employees.
  • Develop leadership development program and training to help our 4C Crew learn new skills and fulfill their potential.
  • Help support our teams at 4C by leading high performing team sessions or facilitating meetings.
  • Support our Talent Review and succession planning process
  • Support our end-to-end employee experience work by developing programs / training that reinforce our culture and ensure our employees are engaged, motivated and driven.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree required (Majors in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources or OD are a plus) and Masters in Business or HR Related degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience with building training and development programs and conducting training/group facilitation
  • Strong project management and communications skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport, lead and influence people.
  • Extensive experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Work 2-3 days per week
