Position Overview:
The Catch Company is looking for a rock star Office Manager to own administrative initiatives and support our leaders. This role would be perfect for someone passionate about a career in office management or human resources and who loves high exposure tasks.
What you will do:
- Assist in maintaining a great office culture.
- Coordinate employee events and happy hours.
- Own and improve supply ordering process
- Identify gaps in Office Management needs and implement ideas.
- Own day to day office operations such as: managing facility requests, processing inbound and outbound mail, answering phones, greeting guests etc.
- Assist the accounts payable team with invoice processing.
- Streamline and maintain our document filing system
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Help on-board new hires.
- Supporting executives with calendar management, meeting prep, and other requests.
- Travel Booking.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years in a customer facing role. Office Management or administration experience is a plus.
- A track record in successful problem solving and meeting deadlines.
- Top notch written and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee matters.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- 4-year bachelor degree preferred.
