About the Role

As the New Hire Onboarding Manager you will have the opportunity to enable the rapid growth of the organization, through the G2 Vision and Values. You will work closely with your manager, the Head of Talent Performance & Development, to develop a best-in-class onboarding experience and foster a culture of learning.

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with the Head of Talent Performance and Development to create, lead and manage all aspects of the New Hire Onboarding program.
  • Develop, execute and maintain the G2 New Hire onboarding curriculum
  • Deliver engaging and dynamic New Hire Orientation sessions, both in-person and virtually, serving as a ‘concierge’ for all new hires alongside the Employee Success team
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure a smooth pre-boarding experience to set all new hires up for success
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders, building trusting relationships with team members across the org, to support all employee onboarding with an overall goal of improving team member performance and retention.
  • Manage onboarding curriculum, course completion/program adherence and other necessary reporting in Learning management system (currently using Lessonly) 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, inconsistencies or inaccuracies, or other concerns in current training programs, and providing feedback to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Design and implement solutions to resolve inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and other concerns identified in current training programs
  • Facilitate/deliver other team member trainings as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in curriculum design, development, training, and delivery
  • Experience building an blended learning onboarding training program, both in person and virtually
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in creating training collateral, including creating basic graphics, one-pagers, whitepapers, checklists, and courses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Dynamic, engaging, and agile presenter with the power to command a room, lead colleagues to moments of self discovery, while creating a safe environment to provide insightful feedback.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and/or technology space environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite 

What can help your application stand out:

  • Certification in instructional design
  • Proficiency with learning management systems/performance management systems and similar software, specifically Lessonly or Lattice.
  • Experience selecting and managing external training resources/vendors
  • Proven experience using technology to support planning, execution, and project management
  • Cross cultural training and development experience
  • Knowledge, awareness of and commitment to initiatives supporting DEI
  • Passion for personal and professional development
