As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will join our innovative Talent Development Team in their efforts to maintain a well-rounded and diverse employee engagement program. You will craft unique targeted workshops, develop solid relationships through coaching and development, as well as strategically improve on existing Enova programs.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Think Critically and Solve Problems:
    • We have an awesome catalog of workshops and development programs at Enova, but we need you to identify ways we can continuously improve and enhance our curriculum and ensure our organizational needs are being met.
    • You’ll partner and communicate closely with your manager, but our Talent Development Leader doesn’t like to hover so you’ll need to work with minimal supervision and be responsible for making a wide range of decisions independently.
  • Build Relationships:
    • People will trust and reach out to you for guidance on all kinds of things like leadership development, retention programs, assessing training needs, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • You’ll need to be strategic with your coaching of employees on critical competencies.
    • Facilitating is more than just presenting, but instead engaging with participants for powerful and influential program experiences.
  • Manage Projects:
    • We can always do more to improve what we offer at Enova. You will lead projects that develop new instructional materials for training solutions as well as manage and evaluate our ever evolving Mentor Program and Performance Management Process.
    • Not all projects will be homegrown, so you will function as a liaison with academic, professional organizations and external providers to bring the latest and greatest the industry has to offer in house.
  • Always Be Analyzing:
    • Bring an analytical approach to past, present, and future programs through needs analysis and constant evaluation of success.

What We Need From You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in organizational development or related field
  • BA; focus on Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior Management or Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a performance-related discipline
  • Know your way around Excel; especially the ability to manipulate data using pivot tables, simple formulas, and graphs
  • Flair for creating compelling and effective communications through email campaigns, in person presentations, surveys, and printed material
  • Proven track record of driving projects from beginning to end to deliver practical business solutions
  • An eye for design of instructional curriculum, as well as all follow up materials

Stuff We Really Like, But Don't Require:

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience as an internal organizational development consultant
