General Job Duties:

  • Process payroll payments by partnering with 3rd party payroll processors outside of North America and the UK according to the country specific monthly payroll schedules.

  • Processes payroll using Ceridian Dayforce software for North America and UK according to country specific bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payroll schedules.

  • Updates payroll deduction records according to employee benefit elections.

  • Compiles data for UK P11D processing.

  • Maintains employee demographic, payroll and benefits data using Ceridian Dayforce software.

  • Responsible for insuring payroll is processed following company policies and country specific payroll regulations and partners with foreign 3rd party payroll providers to insure compliance.

  • Coordinates benefits open enrollment activities.

  • Monitors payroll and benefits mailbox and provides response to employee inquiries relating to payroll and benefits.

  • Provides Accounting with payroll reports required to process payroll journal entries.

  • Assists with the rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives both globally and locally.

  • Researches and provides response to correspondence from federal, state and local tax agencies.

  • Assists in integration activities for employees added from company acquisition.

Required Education:

Associate Degree in Business or a related field or combination of high school degree and 5 years experience.

Required Experience:

3-5 years of global payroll processing experience.

Other Skills:

  • Experience with payroll implementations/conversions to new processing systems a plus.

  • Experience partnering with SD Worx for European payroll processing a plus.

  • Experience using Ceridian Dayforce software is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with development and interpretation of HR policies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong team work/building and organizational skills.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships in order to gain support on initiatives and achieve results.

  • Ability to understand local issues and operate within a global framework.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
