The Role:

The Facilities & People Experience Manager will build a collaborative and supportive team environment, while bringing the Paro culture into the homes of each employee. This role is responsible for bringing an equitable employee experience regardless of what location they’re in. In collaboration with the People team, you will set expectations and priorities for the overall employee experience.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership, leveraging peer and industry best practices to drive process improvements -- including identifying, creating, and implementing initiatives to maximize cultural engagements
  • Develop processes and system improvements to deliver proactive, strategic programming; proactively identify experience opportunities, issues, and risks
  • Create an environment where people management and development is of the highest priority. This is incredibly important as Paro continues on its path of hypergrowth
  • Manage relationships with office and facility management vendors and other service providers 
  • Manage the office: Liaison with landlord and building maintenance for repairs, security, key requests, etc.
  • Order supplies, snacks, etc. on a weekly basis as well as coordinate catered food for the office as needed
  • Partner with the People and Leadership teams to support various business initiatives

 

How You’ll Add Value:

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in a tech-enabled environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred -- HR or related field
  • Experience working with key stakeholders to accomplish short and long term goals
  • Deep understanding of how the employee experience affects culture, productivity, and retention
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments to achieve common business objectives
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in high activity, dynamic environment with accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
