Your Life As A Maven:

• Be the primary point of contact for day to day confidential employment-related inquiries such as payroll and benefits 
• Support people team function by providing data analytics and reporting
• Assist with audits and mandatory reporting which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews
• Manage employee onboarding; including background checks, I-9 verifications, and conducting orientation sessions
• Manage employee employee off boarding experience
• Manage employee off boarding Deliver consultative support related to policies and procedures, onboarding, employee benefits, and payroll
• Responsible for managing employee personnel files 
• Review incoming department mail 
• Process company charitable matching donations 
• Complete required verifications of employment
• Act as administrator for department used systems (i.e. performance & learning management)
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of company reporting structures
• Streamline and continuously improve internal HR processes to increase team efficiency
• Build relationships with employees and key stakeholders at the company

Projects:

• Administration of bi-annual performance review process 
• Assist with onboarding acquired employees
• Partner with insurance brokers to facilitate open enrollment 
• Support development of company culture by assisting with Employee Resource Group (ERG) requests and various company initiatives
• Assist with preparation and coordination of internal HR trainings

Your Expertise:

• 0-2 years of work experience in a HR Generalist capacity.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP WorkforceNow or similar.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
• Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently.
• Ability to manage time and priorities as required.
• Organizational skills including the ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management.
