Our team is looking for someone who can support and take ownership of our People processes - onboarding, steady-state, termination, etc. You will play a critical and highly visible to our employees as the company grows and evolves. You aspire to provide the highest level of customer service to Enfusion employees, and your colleagues and will rely on your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate new hires first day and orientation; process all new hire paperwork, handle comms to EE’s and Hiring Managers, process I-9s, edit and monitor Dayforce new hire profiles
- Provide termination support to HR Business Partners; including sending separation documents, processing severances, coordinating equipment return and systems access shutoff, performing exit meetings and working with managers and termed EE’s on outstanding items, and performing backend Dayforce and file management
- Provide first level support to our employees regarding Benefits and Dayforce
- Work with cross functional partners on misc. projects as needed for example: Working with HRBPs to ensure our People compliance processes are aligned, working with the Total Rewards team to ensure data validation in Dayforce, supports and coordinates engagement/recognition activities, etc.
Who We Need:
- 1-2 year of experience in human resources or appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective, collaborative partnerships.
- Excellent communication, highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure.
- Effective listener, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and triage matters appropriately.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Completion of an HR certification program or SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification.
- Fintech, Capital Markets or Technology industry experience.
