People Operations Associate (Receptionist)
FourKites is looking for an energetic, people-driven administrative associate who has an inquisitive nature and a passion for problem-solving. As the People Operations Associate, Facilities you will be the go-to team member as we return to the office with a 50% focus on office administration and 50% focus on supporting our People Operations center of excellence. You will be an integral part of Talent & Development and the pulse of the office engaging employees in meaningful ways and supporting the day-to-day operations with your bias for action.
The People Operations Associate will play an active role in our return to office strategy and will be 100% in-office.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee in-person office space including reception desk, visitor logs, vendor interactions, inquiries, employee arrangements, and overall organizational office operations
- Coordinate employee events, swag and recognition, travel and org-wide communication
- Manage tier 1 employee questions related to People Operations, HR, policies, procedures and general office inquiries
- Provide information for employee verifications when needed
- Assist in general Talent & Development tracking, reporting and projects related to employee records and process management within HRIS
- Elevate our HR department brand internally by demonstrating preparedness, intelligence, follow through, positivity and integrity at all times

Our day to day is made up of core hr initiatives, talent development, training and ad hoc HR analytics projects. Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office environment with a customer service focus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and general ability to navigate technology systems and equipment
- Organized, motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and work well under deadlines
- Excellent communication, project management, critical thinking and collaboration skills
- Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move large objects such as office furniture
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
