  • Maintain the People Operations employee database, including entry of new hires and ongoing employee changes, creating and running reports, and ensuring the data interfaces with other internal systems
  • Assist in the building, testing and ongoing utilization of all People technology (HRIS, ATS, LMS), ensuring data integrity, analyzing workflows for process improvement opportunities and delivering an exceptional user experience
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions with the goal that, over time, you will have the knowledge base to respond to each directly
  • Oversee the company’s SPINStars recognition program
  • Based on skill level, depth of knowledge and interest, may perform work related to payroll, benefits, L&D, recruiting and/or employee relations.
  • Assist in the creation and rollout of various People Operations initiatives and projects to support the company’s multi-year double digit growth trajectory.

 What you bring:

  •  3+ years professional experience with at least 1 year in a People/HR Coordinator, Payroll or Operations role
  • Ability to identify and solve a variety of situations with a thorough, logical and analytical manner
  • Approach daily work with a positive outlook and exude a personal brand, to those internal and external to the organization, anchored on responsiveness, relatability and problem solving.
  • Adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet established deadlines
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as enjoy working collaboratively with team members
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence and ability to express ideas, problems and solutions with clarity
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite; experience with Paylocity, Greenhouse, and Litmus is a plus
  • A strong sense of discretion, professionalism and good judgment to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Thrives on working in a dynamic environment which requires a balance of subject matter knowledge, diplomacy and good humor.
