People Operations Specialist at Pricefx

You will be responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team, across all HR service categories, including HRIS data maintenance, payroll, reporting, global mobility, and more. This role will provide coverage and support as needed to our employees to ensure their HR-related questions are resolved.What will be your responsibilities?
Serve as an advisor for employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Analyze and reviews payroll data; ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
- Employee benefits management in conjunction with the HR team
- Responsibility for personnel administration and documents related to employment
- Work with immigration attorneys to recommend and secure the proper visa for employees.
- Compile and complete the necessary documentation to support the visa process
- Screens and refers qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interviewing requirements
- Assists with new employee orientation
What should you have to succeed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required
HRIS experience required, BambooHR experience strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of US labor law
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
Team player and friendly attitude
Ability to maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping HR information confidential.
Experience in a multinational work environment
