Key Accountabilities

• Coordinating Day 1 new hire onboarding
• Send and finalizing new hire welcome paperwork
• Conduct and validate new hire background checks
• Supporting benefits administration and processing
• Assisting with benefits open enrollment
• Process employee job changes (promotions, terminations, transfers)
• Maintain employee files
• Execute biweekly payroll with support from Accounting Manager
• Maintaining PTO tracking
• Assisting with New Hire & Industry Training
• Processing Immigration paperwork and maintaining files
• Send and assist in analyzing quarterly employee surveys
• Support performance review processes

 Requirements & Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years experience in a non-recruiting HR function (office managers or EAs with some HR experience encouraged to apply!)
• PHR, preferred
• High EQ, passionate about people and supporting a growing tech team culture
• Extremely detail oriented and process driven
• A “gets stuff done” mentality, never satisfied until the job is complete
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
