We’re looking for a People Partner to join our People Team in Chicago, IL. 

General Functions + Responsibilities:

  • Partner with each functional leader + team to proactively identify organizational needs, and develop solutions to ensure the company is optimized for growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, talent strategy and employee engagement, providing recommendations to guide decision-making related to succession planning, compensation and retention efforts
  • Coach employees and managers on policy and procedure, conflict resolution and change management
  • Identify coaching needs, 360 assessments, and other trainings to implement broad and customized development programs with the People Manager
  • Create and utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions for talent growth and retention programs
  • Collaborate with the broader People Team to execute annual programs (i.e. performance reviews, learning and development, total rewards programs, etc.)

Skills + Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience 
  • HR experience in most or all of the following areas: org planning, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent acquisition
  • Proven experience creating and implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with business managers in a dynamic business setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment
  • Evidence of ‘people first’ values and behaviors
