Recruiter, Technical Support
Cisco Meraki has revolutionized enterprise IT and continues to have ambitious initiatives. Our Technical Support team doubles in size every year, opens new internal opportunities and promotes engineers frequently to departments org-wide. We have a large responsibility to find the best talent out there, those who will lead the future of Meraki’s products and mission.
We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Recruiter to join our team.
This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, growth-focused environment. You will partner closely with with our Network Support Engineers and Leadership team to create and drive forward recruiting processes, ensuring a rich, talented and diverse pipeline to build the future of the Meraki Technical Support strategy.

What you will do:
- Solve problems and produce solutions by critically thinking, collecting and analyzing data, and identifying alternatives when circumstances change
- Own and drive the entire recruiting life-cycle: source, interview, analyze feedback, qualify and close candidates
- Serve as a source of knowledge and guidance, developing strong trusting partnerships with hiring managers
- Champion Cisco Meraki’s Technical Support philosophy and mission throughout various channels to creatively source, attract, engage, and hire a talented, passionate, diverse pool of candidates
- Foster a high-touch exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience
- Collaborate cross functionally to create a shared Meraki experience
Requirements include:
- BS/BA degree
- 3+ years work experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- True passion for the candidate experience and natural relationship builder
- An awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusiveness strategies to incorporate into every facet of our overall recruiting strategy
- Experience building recruiting processes from scratch using industry best practices
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in an high volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the mission, product, and culture of Cisco Meraki
