Your Life As A Maven: 

• Provide an exceptional end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates. 
• Directly source candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter and other Recruitment-Marketing tools.
• Screen candidates and applications for technical skills and interest level.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on their resource needs.
• Effectively communicate requisition status and candidate pipeline to senior leadership.

Your Expertise:

• 2+ years full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Technology and/or Sales.
• Experience with an ATS and other related tools such as Linkedin Recruiter. 
• A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
• Must believe charcuterie boards can be a stand-alone meal. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
