We need YOU to join our Maven Wave team as a Recruiter.  As a Premier Google Partner, we recruit individuals who are ready to brand themselves as a Google Partner, too! Ideally you already know what it is like to source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools, and are ready to learn and sell the growing business of Maven Wave!

Your Life As a Maven:

• Creative thinking and sourcing of candidates through networking, referrals, events, and other out-of-the-box sourcing ideas.
• Assess, evaluate, and qualify candidates throughout the phone screening process.
• Manage end-to-end interview processes both internally and externally.
• Work within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to track candidates, pipelines, and requisitions.
• Provide and effectively communicate candidate data and reports to senior leaders.

Your Expertise:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Recruiting. 
• Agency IT Recruiting experience preferred. 
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Linkedin Recruiter.
• Successful track record of crushing hiring goals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

 Also, must be a Cubs fan and love cheese.
