Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
Looking to get experience in corporate recruiting? Neighborhoods.com has a one-month contract opportunity to work with our senior Technical Recruiter and support all aspects of our recruiting operations. You should possess phenomenal communication skills, the ability to form relationships with team members and candidates, and excellent organizational skills. Recruiting moves quickly, so if you’re great at thinking on your feet, this is the role for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Scheduling interviews
- Using Greenhouse to maintain candidate status and update candidate information.
- Writing up interview kits in Greenhouse and attending new req intake meetings to understand the hiring team’s hopes and dreams.
- Identifying, researching, and sourcing passive talent.
Basic requirements to do the job:
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR, Client Service, Sales, or Marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Calendar management skills
- Proficiency with G Suite
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
