Position Details

At CardX, we believe that hiring exceptional talent is one of our competitive advantages. Stakeholders from multiple teams are involved in the recruiting process and the Recruiting Coordinator works to collaborate with hiring managers on priorities, identify top candidates, and ensure both candidates and interview teams have a successful, streamlined hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Research target roles and lead outbound recruiting efforts
• Identify and connect with exceptional candidates for high-priority roles
• Manage inbound applicant pipelines and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Complete candidate phone screens
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure an excellent onsite interview experience
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year experience in recruiting or similar role
• Excellent written communication skills
• Prior work experience building successful candidate relationships
• Ability to understand the needs of various departments and prioritize projects accordingly
• Reliability, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
• Strong computer skills for ATS management
• Ability to handle confidential recruitment and personnel documents
