As a Recruiting Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition team, you will support our recruiting team with scheduling and administrative functions to ensure a smooth, efficient end-to-end candidate experience. You will support a variety of job functions across our field sales, corporate, and technology teams. As we build out our recruiting processes, you will have the opportunity to expand into other parts of our HR function, including employee onboarding and background checks.

What you’ll do with us:

• Schedule individual and panel interviews in-person, over the phone, and video for various teams across the US
• Act as the point of contact for on-site interviews as needed
• Prepare offer letters and act as the primary point of contact for candidates from offer through the onboarding process
• Open and close requisitions
• Assist with job description library maintenance and updates
• Assist with updating candidate records in our ATS
• Update and maintain email templates for candidate communication
• Post open positions on job boards to support diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Support departmental projects as needed

Who you are:

• 2-4 years of experience as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience supporting a distributed team
• Previous experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, Lever experience preferred
