We’re looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator!
As the Candidate Experience Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will work closely with both TA and hiring teams to ensure an elevated, thoughtful, and world-class candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all functions of our business, and as we continue to enhance our recruiting processes, you will have the opportunity to expand into other parts of our People function, including onboarding, employer branding, analytics & reporting, etc!
You will be an expert at creating solutions that accommodate diverse hiring needs and are responsible for driving accuracy and efficiency. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all aspects of the business. Join us!
How you’ll contribute
- Advocate for candidates and provide support for a world-class candidate experience.
- Organize the full lifecycle recruiting process from phone screens to debriefs, including scheduling and coordinating complex phone, virtual, onesite, and presentation interviews.
- Oversee and maintain interview prep docs, confirmation templates and attachments.
- Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring managers they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing an extraordinary candidate experience
- Master and maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity by supporting the following:
- Open & close requisitions
- Assist with job description library and updates
- Update and maintain email templates for candidate communication
- Post open positions on job boards to support diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Maintain Recruiting Dashboard, track candidate pipelines, report on recruiting status and progress, and analyze data to drive insights and inform process improvements
- Identify qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of communities, organizations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage talent
- Help build our candidate community through thoughtful engagement practices, including robust and value-added nurture campaigns
- Keep on top of trends in Talent space and provide recommendations for process improvement, employer branding efforts, etc
- Support various People Team projects as needed
What you need
- 1-2 years of experience in customer facing industry (direct HR/Recruiting experience preferred)
- A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of an organization
- Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
- Propensity for high-touch service and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and high EQ
