We are looking for an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join the Ocient Talent Acquisition team! The Recruiting Coordinator will work together with the Recruiters to facilitate the recruiting process. Interacting directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of college career fairs
  • Post new positions to external job boards, review incoming applications, and reject any unqualified applicants
  • Work on Talent Acquisition research and projects as needed
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree; HR, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be able to communicate effectively with team members from entry to senior levels
