Belvedere Trading, a growing propriety trading firm located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting full-cycle and campus recruitment initiatives, a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment along with remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail. This role works closely with all members on the People Team to design and execute the candidate experience. Primary functions include interview scheduling, calendar management and general administrative support. Belvedere Trading looks to recruit the best and brightest to join our teams – and our Recruiting Coordinator will be imperative in that process.

What you’ll do

• Administrative support activities for both experienced and campus hiring
• Manage candidate travel, scheduling logistics, and interview preparation for interviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
• Interact with a wide-variety of professional networking groups and organizations promoting our employer brand
• Responsible for supporting a variety of recruitment processes and data-integrity of ATS
• Post positions on various job boards and other external sites
• Manage company social media presence, postings and content calendar
• Track and enter candidate data and deliver position analytics as needed
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Focus on additional project work surrounding diversity and inclusion

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year(s) of experience with recruitment coordination
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
• Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
• Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in response to hiring priorities
• Desire to expand current recruiting skill-set
• Ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear, organized format
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel seasonally as needed
• Regular on-site attendance is an essential function of this position
