About The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the driving force behind ensuring our clients and candidates are interacting all while gathering useful data to support and drive the successes of our Client Success and Sales teams. Key components of the role will be constant communication with our candidates and clients to schedule interviews, check-ins, and follow ups to allow for a streamlined hiring process for both parties. 

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • You will be the key contact that is helping our candidates find the role of their dreams and succeed in their career sooner!

  • Take detailed meeting notes and transcribe into email, document or spreadsheet form

  • Set appointments, meetings, and conference calls for both sales, recruiting, and client success teams

  • Manage the interview candidate experience (phone screens, onsite meetings, etc.)

  • Manage an ever-evolving pipeline of candidates who are active in Victory Lap’s network through calls and emails to ensure each candidate is receiving the appropriate level of coaching, support, and interviews

  • Collaborate closely with recruiting, client success, and sales to ensure all information is being communicated appropriately on candidates’ behalf to Victory Lap’s Employer partners

  • Present ideas and process improvements to increase efficiencies with our internal team processes and procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years as a career coach, full desk recruiter with a passion for coaching, or salesperson with experience mentoring or advising

  • A leader who creates loyalty and trust with teammates and candidates

  • Demonstrates a high level of resiliency as human behavior is unpredictable

  • Proactive is common in your vocabulary and day to day actions; you like to get ahead of problems before they present themselves

  • Ability to act quickly, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines

  • Exhibits the ability to build and implement new processes to streamline communications while keeping the candidate in mind

  • Excellent communication skills and organizational awareness to allow for a consultative approach

  • Demonstrates the ability to roll with the punches and be a creative problem solver

  • Lives with a team-first mentality
