ABOUT THE ROLE
Pangea is seeking a Recruiting & People Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This person will report to the Director of HR, and partner strategically with leadership across the organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for positions across Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Operations. You will also help develop and maintain talent strategies for performance management, benefits & perks, and employee development. The ideal candidate has a background in full-cycle recruitment of both passive and active candidates, and is looking to further expand their HR skill set. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage recruitment process from source to offer stages for roles across all departments in the organization
Help design and maintain recruitment marketing strategy
Partner with Director of HR to define and implement people policies & processes related to talent management, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, and compensation
Maintain accuracy of HRIS system, and ensure proper integrations into other platforms including payroll, performance management, and engagement
Act as a point of contact for questions regarding internal policies for all employees
Assist in planning and executing on monthly employee events
Assist in developing employee training and development program
Learn & develop skills in coaching and employee relations
Assist in developing reports and presentations for executive team
Partner with office manager on coordination of onboarding and offboarding employees
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Bachelor’s Degree
Extremely detail oriented and process driven
Familiarity with Illinois employment law
High EQ with a passion for people and supporting a growing company culture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A-PHR or PHR preferred
