Responsibilities:
-provide in depth talent mapping, candidate profiles, and market insight to the head of recruiting
-establish a clear and thoughtful process for candidate on-site interviews and provide excellent candidate experiences.
-help develop and lead the bi-annual performance review process. Track manager development and plan for retention
-supercharge the interview strategy; seek out and proactively identify quality, under the radar candidates and have the ability to understand in depth engineering topics as it pertains to discussing and finding top talent.

Qualifications:
-you have 2-6 years of recruiting experience with an emphasis on proactively identifying and recruiting top talent (preferred time spent in the rapidly growing startup market)
-bachelors degree
-excellent communication skills, the ability to read people, and the desire to build great interpersonal relationships
-outstanding organizational skills, can work independently, and a close attention to detail
-demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity, deals with confidential information with the utmost discretion, respect and care
-professional, with strong work ethic and collaborative style
-flexibility to deal with ambiguity, last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction, and flexibility to work the occasional evening as needed
-willing to get hands dirty and play an active role in all aspects of the hiring management process and office management process

You’ll probably be really happy here if:
-you're looking to contribute to a cool culture and roadmap
-you love working collaboratively
-you’re high energy and low ego
-you’re comfortable giving feedback and receiving constructive criticism
-you have an overly positive, open attitude and a desire to have fun

What Fast Radius will provide you:
