As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Snapsheet, you will be a scheduling connoisseur, able to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat. You will support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires through your meticulous attention to detail. Ultimately, you help the recruiting process run smoothly through your excellent communication skills and ability to deliver information effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you are a team player ready to take on projects outside of your “scope” including: planning company events, implementing improvements to the recruitment process, supporting university recruitment strategies, and other strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews on multiple platforms including phone, video, and onsite formats
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assessments, and contact details) in our internal database
- Post open requisitions on internal and external job boards when necessary
- Source the best and brightest talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies to supplement the candidate pipeline
- Schedule and conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
- Pull various ad-hoc reports from ATS system
- Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment function
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required - Human Resources, Marketing, Event Planning, Sales, etc
- 0-1 years of experience (any industry)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to problem solve and think strategically
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A self-starting and resourceful work ethic
