As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Snapsheet, you are focused on recruiting top talent to join our team of Engineers. You will walk talent through the recruitment process owning their candidate journey. You will be an advocate for your candidates and the business, working with the hiring team to identify the best of the best. From there, you will manage the offer negotiations and ultimately close talent. Throughout the recruitment process, you focus on communication. Externally this means ensuring your candidates have all the information they need including a clear understanding of the role and process. Internally strong communication includes consistent reporting of numbers, wins, challenges, and market data to keep the team and your peers in the know. At Snapsheet, problem-solving is in our DNA and that rings true for you too so you will find yourself working on various projects to elevate our recruiting processes including revamping candidate surveys, building reporting dashboards, executing on employer brand strategies, implementing referral campaigns, and more.
What you bring to the table:
- 2 years of working experience (ideally you've worked in People/Recruitment/HR, Marketing or events - but, we are open to any experience)
- Proven experience managing projects or initiatives
- Strong examples of owning or managing a process/project/initiative and examples of how you made the thing you worked on, better.
